Return PolICY

At Wicked Juls, we take pride in handcrafting each candle, diffuser, and product with care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized products

  • Opened or used candles, oils, or other fragrance items

  • Sale or discounted items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, please provide:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase

  • A brief reason for the return

Email us at info@wickedjulscandles.com before sending any return so we can confirm eligibility and next steps.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and approval (or denial) of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times can vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays sometimes occur.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@wickedjulscandles.com.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@wickedjuls.com with a photo of the damaged product and your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for your exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue a gift certificate via email.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
